By accessing or using the Neekz website (the "Site") and purchasing products manufactured or packed by Shree Vaishnavi Foods ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access the Site or purchase our products. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To place orders on Neekz, you must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under parental supervision.

We offer a password-less authentication flow where accounts are verified using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile phone number. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and device access.
• Providing accurate, complete, and updated delivery and contact details.
• All activities that occur under your mobile phone registration on our platform.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity.

Neekz is specialized in premium grains, including aged Basmati varieties.

• Specifications: We make every effort to display the details of our grain sizes, milling methods, packing weights (e.g. 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg bags), and traditional characteristics as accurately as possible. However, slight natural variations in organic agricultural items are expected.
• Pricing: All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified, and are inclusive of standard local taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue specific packaging choices at any time.
• Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders due to stock unavailability or logistical challenges.

Since Neekz operates from Jammu & Kashmir, our logistics channels are coordinated to ensure freshness and purity.

• Serviceability Check: Customers must check delivery serviceability by entering their postal pincode using our checker tool prior to completing checkout.
• Delivery Timelines: Delivery schedules are estimates. While we aim to fulfill standard shipments within 3 to 7 business days, transit times may vary depending on local weather, regional challenges, and courier partner delays.
• Risk of Loss: Items purchased from our store are shipped through third-party logistics partners. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We take immense pride in the quality of our grains. If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or does not match your ordered grade:

• You may initiate a return or exchange inquiry within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting support or using the return portal.
• Because rice is a consumable food product, bags that have been opened or partially consumed are not eligible for return unless a quality issue is verified by our QA laboratory.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source or via bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days.

All content featured on the Site—including branding names (Neekz, Neekz Sultan, Neekz Zaika), logo designs, graphics, code, layouts, database structures, and recipe guides—is the intellectual property of Shree Vaishnavi Foods and is protected under national and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website or packaging without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neekz provides its store and products on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: Shree Vaishnavi Foods, its directors, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Governing Law: These Terms and any transaction conducted through the storefront shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu.
